Rod Argent FIRST to tour with the revolutionary Hammond Xk-5

rod and Xk-5 fix

Hammond Organ USA is proud to announce ROD ARGENT is the first of its Artists to play the new Hammond Xk-5 Organ on a major tour.
Rod debuted the Xk-5 as part of his stage rig for the ZOMBIES “Odessey And Oracle 50th Anniversary Tour” in Chicago, in front of a sold-out house at historic Thalia Hall.
The tour marks the reunion of the original group that recorded the seminal progressive pop album “Odessey And Oracle” some 50 years ago; and album which is included in nearly every list of “Greatest” and “Most Essential” Albums. Rod Argent is considered to be among the top all-time keyboardists of pop/rock and his playing on the Zombie’s timeless hits like “She’s Not There”, “Tell Her No” and “Time Of The Season” has inspired musicians for decades. Rod’s other band “Argent” also had a bevy of Platinum hits, anchored by the popular anthem “Hold Your Head Up” which features Rod’s neo-baroque and jazz-influenced Hammond Solos. The Zombies have even returned to the charts with their new album “Still Got That Hunger”. Consult the Zombies website for tour dates.
